For the office in Kyiv, Stakelogic is in search of a:




  • Manage the full life cycle recruitment process

  • Active communications with the hiring managers to keep staffing requests actual, understand current project needs, develop and execute tactical sourcing strategies aimed at generating candidate flow to meet overall recruiting goals

  • Create a positive candidate experience

  • Check the candidates’ pipeline to match their skills and experiences with the project requirements

  • Hold pre-screening interviews

  • Prepare different reports upon request



  • 1 + year of recruitment experience in the IT industry

  • Ability to understand and explain job requirements for business roles

  • Comfortable with change

  • Upper-intermediate/Advanced level of English

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent organization and planning skills with a high level of attention to detail

  • Warm, positive with a genuine interest in people. You set the tone and tend to attract people to you

  • Strong understanding of the importance of company culture and the responsibility to help create and evolve it
