Account Manager

The role of an Account Manager is part of the Company’s commercial operations. The successful candidate will enjoy building strong relationships with partners, supporting Stakelogic’s products, and ensuring operators have a seamless experience. Organised and detail-oriented, the Account Manager acts as the key link between Stakelogic and its partners, ensuring that all services and support meet company and industry standards while remaining compliant with Company policies and protocols.

Essential Duties

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with operator partners, providing excellent service and support across all products.
  • Monitor partner performance and ensure agreed commercial and marketing commitments are delivered.
  • Identify opportunities within the partner lifecycle, such as new launches, declining performance, and market trends, and take proactive action to drive growth.
  • Monitor market-level performance, understand emerging trends, and act accordingly.
  • Coordinate campaigns and promotions with partners, ensuring timely delivery, tracking results, and reporting effectively.
  • Act as the main liaison between Stakelogic and its partners, ensuring smooth communication and adherence to protocols.
  • Work closely with Sales and other departments, maintaining a constant focus on delivering the best possible partner experience.
  • Represent Stakelogic as a knowledgeable and professional ambassador in all partner interactions.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Excellent and extensive knowledge of the gaming industry, particularly within the commercial, Slots, or Live Casino sectors.
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with different internal departments and stakeholders.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, both internally and externally.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Strong computer literacy and advanced Excel skills.
  • Ability to take ownership and drive initiatives independently.
  • Results-oriented mindset.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • A sound level of judgement and professional conduct.
  • Studies in Psychology, Business, or Sales are considered an asset.
  • Fluency in English. Additional languages such as Dutch or Spanish are considered an advantage.
