VACANCY

Change Manager

About the Role

Stakelogic is searching for a dedicated Change Manager function to bring structured coordination to how changes reach production across both our Remote Slots and Live Casino product lines. This is a newly created, company-wide role sitting between Delivery Management, Development, QA, IT, legal, Technical Account Management team and Regulatory and Technical Compliance. The Change Manager does not implement changes directly — the role exists to make sure every change to production is properly tracked, communicated, and handled in line with Stakelogic’s Change Management Policy and applicable regulatory and license requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Own end-to-end tracking of all front-end and back-end releases to production, across both Remote Slots and Live Casino.
  • Maintain an accurate, up-to-date change/version register — current production version, staging/dev versions, per game and per environment.
  • Prepare and distribute release notes for production updates, coordinating timing and content with Development, QA, and Operations.
  • Act as the central coordination point between Delivery Management, Development, QA, Operations, IT, legal, Regulatory and Technical Compliance for change-related activity, without being the person implementing the technical change.
  • Liaise with IT to capture and log infrastructure, server, and hardware changes, and help route anything with regulatory reporting implications to Compliance.
  • Support periodic regulatory audit calls (e.g. quarterly submissions for jurisdictions including, but not limited to, Denmark, UK, Greece, and Malta), compiling supporting materials together with Delivery Managers.
  • Stay aware of jurisdiction-specific technical/regulatory expectations relevant to change activity (e.g. including but not limited to regulatory authorities such as the HGC, UKGC, MGA) and flag compliance implications early to the relevant teams.
  • Operate within Stakelogic’s current Change Management Policy, and flag gaps or practical issues encountered — including areas not yet reflected in the policy, such as Live Casino coverage — to the ISMS Manager responsible for maintaining that policy.
  • Provide backup support on delivery coordination tasks, given the natural overlap between this role and Delivery Management.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in change management, release management, or IT service management (ITIL Change Management practice is a strong plus), ideally gained in a regulated industry.
  • Experience in iGaming, gambling, or another tightly regulated technology sector is strongly preferred — familiarity with regulator interactions (e.g. regulatory authorities such as but not limited to the HGC,UKGC, MGA) is a real advantage.
  • Comfortable owning detailed tracking and documentation (spreadsheets, Jira, or similar tools) with high attention to accuracy.
  • Strong cross-functional communicator, able to coordinate Development, QA, Operations, IT, legal, Regulatory and Technical Compliance stakeholders.
  • Working understanding of software release lifecycles (dev/staging/production environments, versioning) — deep engineering background is not required, but technical literacy is.
  • Fluent, professional English (written and spoken); additional languages relevant to our regulated markets are a plus.
  • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of a newly created function.
  • Based in Belgrade, Serbia, or Malta, and able to work on-site.

Nice to Have

  • Prior delivery or project management experience.
  • Familiarity with RNG/RTP or other core gaming system concepts.
  • ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent.
