Commercial Technical Manager

The Commercial Technical Manager is a newly established role within Stakelogic, responsible for optimising revenue from a technical perspective through a strong understanding of commercial priorities and technical delivery. Acting as a key point of contact for clients, this role focuses on building strong relationships, providing technical support for Slots and Live Casino products, and ensuring the successful onboarding of new operators and game launches. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of iGaming integrations, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively across multiple departments.

Essential Duties

  • Configure new clients and brands within the back-office platform.
  • Configure new Live Casino tables for existing clients.
  • Prepare internal roadmap documentation and distribute it to commercial teams.
  • Coordinate with Integration, Service Management, and QA teams to ensure successful table sign-off and launch.
  • Manage client back-office casino settings, updates, and configuration changes.
  • Work closely with Commercial teams to support new client onboarding and delivery.
  • Plan and manage the end-to-end delivery of new game launches.
  • Coordinate the preparation and distribution of game assets for client portals and Commercial teams.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to deliver network and dedicated product sheets.
  • Own go-live planning and communication with all relevant stakeholders.
  • Optimise technical processes, structures, and procedures to improve operational efficiency and maximise revenue.
  • Manage the Slot Customer Support team.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience in iGaming operations, Technical Account Management, or Product Delivery.
  • Strong understanding of back-office systems and game configuration.
  • Knowledge of game launch processes and iGaming platform integrations.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Commercial, Technical, QA, and Product teams.
  • Excellent project management and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients, game launches, and deadlines simultaneously.
