Group Financial Controller
As the Group Financial Controller in a senior-level position, you will be responsible for managing the accounting operations of Stakelogic. Your role entails ensuring the company’s financial health by overseeing the preparation of financial reports, maintaining accurate records, and implementing financial controls.
Position Objectives
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) or International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Coordinate the annual audit and liaise with external auditors.
- Lead the budgeting process, including the preparation of detailed budgets and forecasts.
- Monitor actual performance against budgets and provide variance analysis.
- Collaborate with higher management to develop and implement financial strategies to support business decision-making.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on financial data to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of financial systems and software.
- Streamline accounting processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including tax and financial reporting requirements.
- Oversee risk management and mitigation strategies.
- Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions.
- Manage the accounting team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role or proven experience in a senior financial management role.
