Game Designer

The role of the Game Designer involves creating innovative, player-centric game designs and concepts, collaborating with teams to champion the creative vision, owning design documentation related to the games, and refining gameplay through testing and feedback.

Position Objectives

  • Drive the conceptualisation and design of original, engaging, and player-centric game concepts that resonate with our target audience.
  • Present concepts and ideas effectively to stakeholders.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, ensuring our games are at the forefront of innovation and meet player expectations.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including development, art, and animation, to ensure the seamless integration of game design concepts into the overall gaming experience.
  • Create detailed working documentation to define game features, mechanics, and monetisation strategies.
  • Set and maintain high standards for game design quality, ensuring a polished and enjoyable player experience.
  • Conduct regular playtesting to iterate on game designs and address player feedback.
  • Assist parallel teams with game-related questions.
