Junior Account Manager

The Junior Account Manager role sits within Stakelogic’s commercial operations. You enjoy building strong relationships with partners, supporting our products, and ensuring operators have a seamless experience. Organised and detail-oriented, you act as a key link between Stakelogic and its partners, making sure all services and support meet company and industry standards while remaining compliant with company policies and protocols.

Essential Duties

  • Assist in managing assigned customer accounts, delivering exceptional service and gaming experiences tailored to their interests across all products.
  • Provide day-to-day support to ensure each customer’s performance goals are met and all marketing commitments are fulfilled.
  • Monitor individual customer performance and ensure marketing commitments are adhered to.
  • Proactively engage customers at key lifecycle moments, for example, onboarding high-value players, preventing churn, reactivating lapsed accounts, and celebrating big winners, to stimulate growth and increase activity among high-net-worth clients.
  • Target individual customers with the right actions at the right time in their lifecycle, for example, new high-value, churning, lapsed, returning, or big winners, to drive growth and activity.
  • Monitor market-level performance, identify emerging trends, and act swiftly to capitalise on opportunities.
  • Initiate campaigns that drive activity for high-net-worth customers, ensuring timely launch, close monitoring of results, and clear reporting.
  • Act as the liaison between the company and clients, ensuring adherence to company protocols.
  • Collaborate with Sales and other departments with a constant focus on delivering the best possible customer experience.
  • Represent Stakelogic as a knowledgeable and strong ambassador in all interactions.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Excellent knowledge of the gaming industry, particularly the commercial, Slots, or Live Casino areas.
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork.
  • Ability to work effectively with different internal departments and teams.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships internally and externally.
  • Attention to detail and excellent time management.
  • Strong computer literacy and Excel skills.
  • Ability to take ownership.
  • Results-oriented.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Sound judgement and professional conduct.
  • Studies in Psychology, Business, or Sales are considered an asset.
  • Fluency in English. Additional languages, for example, Dutch or Spanish, are considered an asset.

Travel Requirements

May be required to travel from time to time according to business needs.
