Localisation Manager

The Localisation Manager is responsible for adapting and optimising all company content, products, and user experiences for multiple international markets. This role ensures that games, platforms, marketing materials, and customer communications are culturally relevant, compliant with local regulations, and aligned with brand standards across all regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute localisation files across target markets.
  • Manage translation and localisation documentation for games, websites, and marketing content.
  • Collaborate with Product, Game Development, Marketing, Compliance, QA, and Customer Support teams.
  • Work closely with Compliance to ensure all localised content meets regulatory requirements in each jurisdiction.
  • Conduct linguistic and functional QA to ensure high-quality localised releases.
  • Support new market launches with full localisation readiness.
  • Manage localisation timelines and ensure on-time delivery.

Key Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in localisation, preferably within iGaming, gaming, or digital platforms.
  • Strong understanding of iGaming products such as slots and live casino.
  • Experience with translation and localisation processes or similar roles.
  • Excellent coordination and organisational skills.
  • High attention to detail and quality standards.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience launching products in new regulated markets.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience analysing localisation impact.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements.
  • Fluency in English.
