Localisation Specialist

We are looking for a Localisation Specialist who will primarily support localisation processes across multiple international markets, while also contributing to Quality Assurance activities when required. This role focuses on ensuring that localised content for our online casino games is accurate, consistent, and correctly implemented across web and mobile platforms.

Essential Duties

  • Maintain and support localisation processes for online casino games.
  • Extract and prepare string files from game builds.
  • Coordinate with external translation vendors to ensure accurate and timely delivery of localised content.
  • Validate translations in context through linguistic and functional checks.
  • Ensure the correct implementation of localised content across web and mobile platforms.
  • Manage translation delivery timelines and maintain established quality standards.
  • Maintain glossaries, style guides, and localisation documentation.
  • Continuously review and improve localisation workflows and processes.

Quality Assurance Responsibilities

  • Perform functional and regression testing of localised builds.
  • Verify the correct implementation of UI text across different markets and languages.
  • Log, track, and verify defects using Jira.
  • Assist with release validation and certification-related checks.
  • Support the QA team during peak workloads and major product releases.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of experience in Localisation, QA, Linguistic QA, or a similar role.
  • Good understanding of the software development lifecycle.
  • Experience testing web applications.
  • Experience with mobile game testing across iOS and Android.
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly regarding text, formatting, consistency, and UI alignment.
  • Experience working with logs, including reading and conducting basic investigations.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
