Manual QA Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Perform detailed manual testing of casino games across desktop and mobile platforms.
Validate game functionality, animations, UI/UX behavior, and compliance with game specifications and regulatory requirements.
Execute test cases, document bugs, and perform regression testing during game development and release cycles.
Collaborate closely with game developers, designers, and other QA engineers to ensure high-quality releases.
Review and interpret game rules, paytables, and mathematical models to validate expected outcomes.
Ensure compliance with specific regulatory requirements for various jurisdictions (e.g., MGA, ON, GR, UKGC).
Support certification testing and help prepare necessary documentation for regulated markets.
Identify and escalate potential risks or critical issues early in the development cycle.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Manual QA Engineer, preferably in the online gaming or casino industry.
Solid understanding of QA methodologies, testing types, and game testing best practices.
Experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Mantis) and test case management systems.
Strong attention to detail with a passion for quality and user experience.
Familiarity with game certification and regulatory testing requirements.
Ability to read and interpret game specs and mathematical documentation.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, problem-solving mindset.
Knowledge of mobile and cross-browser testing.
Bonus: Experience testing RNG-based systems, automation basics, or working with remote teams.
