Product Owner

As a Product Owner, you will play a crucial role in managing the workflow and ensuring that product development aligns with strategic objectives throughout the product lifecycle. Key responsibilities include defining the product vision, drafting detailed written specifications, and ensuring that all functional requirements for new products and features are meticulously outlined.

You will evaluate the quality and progress of ongoing projects, ensuring they remain on schedule and meet high standards. This role involves close collaboration with the Design, Studio, and Development teams, as well as working with various business stakeholders. Additionally, you will regularly analyse market trends, conduct competitive reviews, and leverage user insights to maintain the product’s competitive edge.

Position Objectives

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and analyse product needs.
  • Own and maintain the product roadmap.
  • Develop scopes and define backlog items (epics, features, user stories) to guide development teams based on priority.
  • Understand end-to-end customer experience integration and manage any related dependencies.
  • Be accountable for product delivery, ensuring clear communication of product requirements to the business.
  • Assess product value, develop business cases, and prioritise tasks in alignment with product strategy to maximise impact.
  • Research and analyse market trends and user behavior, keeping a close eye on competitors and industry developments.

What We Are Looking For

  • At least 3 years of experience in product management or business analysis.
  • Solid understanding and interest in live casino games (e.g., Roulette, Blackjack, Baccarat).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Previous experience in the iGaming industry is a must.
  • Experience working in international and multicultural organisations.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining product roadmaps.
  • Understanding of the technologies involved in the product.
  • Strong stakeholder and expectation management skills.
  • Excellent organisational, time management, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, along with keen attention to detail, strong discipline, and active listening skills.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
