Risk & Fraud Manager

As a Risk & Fraud Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to mitigate risks in our Live Casino products. You will focus on identifying suspicious playing patterns, preventing fraudulent behavior, and ensuring the integrity of our gaming operations. This role involves close collaboration with BI, Customer Support, and other internal stakeholders to maintain a safe and transparent gaming environment.

Position Objectives

  • Develop BI metrics for Live Casino products with an emphasis on end-user behavior and fraud prevention.
  • Create risk mitigation monitoring tools, methods, and strategies to identify playing patterns that suggest advantage play or fraudulent behavior among Live Casino players.
  • Analyze anomalies and emerging trends from back-office and database sources related to potentially fraudulent activity.
  • Produce risk assessment reports on new products/features and implement risk mitigation strategies when required.
  • Track gaming equipment integrity by analyzing results and coordinating maintenance.
  • Investigate and prepare reports on player gaming activity.
  • Investigate internal employee incident cases.
  • Assist Customer Support with escalated queries related to Risk and Fraud.

Job Conditions
