Studio Designer

The Studio Designer plays a vital role in the fast-paced and ever-evolving design industry. They are responsible for visually telling stories and conveying ideas that serve as the storefront windows for a company’s product portfolio.

Position Objectives

  • To create game shows, card tables, and roulette setups for both digital and physical formats.
  • Develop fresh, visually appealing designs that align with market standards and meet high-quality expectations.
  • Consistently push for quality and improve products, as well as workflows and production methods.

What We Are Looking For

  • Understands, empathises with, and adheres to clients’ expectations and requirements.
  • Keeps up with the latest design trends, analyses competitors, and proposes innovative solutions.
  • Can take a design project from the sketch phase through to technical drawings and supervise its execution with the best intentions.
  • Is proficient in software such as 3ds Max, Corona Renderer, AutoCAD, FStorm Renderer, Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, and Illustrator.
  • Previous experience in the casino industry will be considered an advantage.
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in a design or art-related field, demonstrating a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects and working collaboratively within creative teams.
  • Strong general art skills, including composition and concept development; relevant technical education will also be considered.
  • Proficiency in 3D animation and motion graphics will be an advantage if such skills are present.
  • Proficiency in technical drafting, with a strong understanding of materials and their applications, including the ability to select appropriate materials based on design requirements and functionality.
