Team Manager

The Team Manager is responsible for engaging the team of presenters to reach their full potential, aligning their work with business goals, and delivering clear results in terms of table revenues and customer expectations.

Position Objectives

  • Develop high-quality, commercially engaged Game Presenters, helping them achieve goals related to performance and customer needs.
  • Lead a team of employees, overseeing their performance, needs, and daily operations.
  • Handle disciplinary cases in a fair and timely manner.
  • Support employees with training and development activities, providing regular, constructive feedback.
  • Manage, supervise, coach, motivate, and build team spirit.
  • Plan and allocate human resources effectively to cover business needs.
  • Handle and manage monthly bonus distribution.
  • Recruit the most suitable candidates for Game Presenter roles.
  • Work closely with Service Managers and Studio Operator Managers on daily operational tasks.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership in line with company policies.
  • Create and manage monthly employee schedules and vacations.
  • Work with internal systems (Jira, Wiki, etc.).

What We Are Looking For

  • Good knowledge of the iGaming industry; familiarity with Live Casino environments.
  • Previous leadership experience is considered an asset.
  • Strong computer literacy.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Excellent English, both written and spoken.
