Technical Compliance Analyst

Are you eager to apply your technical background to develop in Quality Management and Certification at a leading player in the international iGaming industry? This is your chance. Stakelogic offers a full-time role where you will support the Certification department and gain the opportunity to grow within the iGaming sector. We welcome candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience; a solid technical and administrative understanding is a plus.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Review and interpret jurisdictional regulations and technical requirements.
  • Assist in planning and delivering compliance activities efficiently and on schedule.
  • Maintain accurate records of certifications and audits.
  • Report and explain updates to compliance requirements to business departments.
  • Review and respond to questions from operator customers and internet gaming regulators.
  • Submit and track product approvals with Independent Testing Laboratories and State or Government laboratories.
  • Assist product and development teams to integrate compliance requirements into the development lifecycle.
  • Help ensure adherence to all technical certification requirements for new and existing games.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Minimum EQF level 4 (NL: MBO 4, MT: MQF 4) or equivalent working and thinking level, preferably with a completed degree in a technical or administrative field. A bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • Experience: 1–3 years in a technical or administrative role. Experience in a regulatory environment is an advantage but not required.
  • Language: Proficient in English, spoken and written. Additional languages are a plus.
  • Technical skills: Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel). Experience with, or willingness to learn, tools such as Jira and Confluence or other ticketing and documentation systems.
  • Organisational skills: Accurate, structured, and able to manage multiple certification files and deadlines with excellent attention to detail.
  • An affinity for iGaming is a plus.

Work Location & Flexibility

  • Work location: On-site, Hybrid, or Remote.
  • On-site: One of Stakelogic’s offices in Serbia, Malta, or the Netherlands.
  • Hybrid: Three days per week from one of our offices and two days from home.
  • Remote: May vary by role, responsibilities, experience level, and business needs. Any remote arrangement must be mutually agreed and remains subject to company approval and ongoing business needs.
