Technical Compliance Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Technical Compliance Analyst to support the certification, compliance, and regulatory activities of our online casino games portfolio. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring our products meet technical jurisdictional requirements across multiple regulated markets and will work closely with Product, Development, QA, external test laboratories, operators, and regulatory bodies.

This position requires a proactive individual with strong iGaming industry experience, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to contribute effectively to multiple compliance and certification projects.

Essential Duties

  • Support technical compliance activities for online casino games and gaming platforms across multiple regulated jurisdictions throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Interpret and communicate regulatory and technical requirements to internal teams and ensure correct implementation in product development and releases.
  • Analyse regulatory changes and their potential impact on products, supporting the coordination of required updates and compliance actions across teams.
  • Coordinate certification activities with external testing laboratories, including preparation, review, and submission of technical documentation.
  • Support the process of obtaining all required approvals and certifications prior to market releases and product deployments.
  • Maintain accurate certification records, compliance documentation, and audit evidence across all jurisdictions.
  • Participate in internal, external, regulatory, and certification audits, supporting preparation, documentation, and follow-up actions.
  • Monitor regulatory developments and technical standards, communicating relevant changes and coordinating implementation internally.
  • Develop, maintain, implement, and oversee internal policies and procedures, including framework-based requirements that allow for operational discretion while ensuring continued regulatory compliance.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance is embedded in product development, release planning, and change management processes.
  • Provide compliance input during product design to ensure regulatory requirements are considered early in development.
  • Use Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office tools to manage workflows, documentation, tracking, and reporting.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of compliance processes, certification workflows, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Preferred minimum of 3 years of experience in Technical Compliance, Certification, Regulatory Compliance, QA Compliance, compliance data analysis, or a similar role within the iGaming industry.
  • Technical background with the ability to understand and apply jurisdiction-specific technical requirements for online casino games in regulated markets.
  • Strong understanding of online casino game certification and release processes.
  • Experience working with regulated markets such as the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Malta, Sweden, Denmark, Greece, Romania, Ontario, New Jersey, or similar jurisdictions.
  • Experience managing submissions to testing laboratories such as GLI, BMM, eCOGRA, or similar certification bodies.
  • Familiarity with RNG certifications, game rule reviews, RTP management, and jurisdiction-specific game requirements.
  • Experience coordinating multiple certification and compliance projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Travel Requirements

Occasional travel may be required to attend industry events, regulatory meetings, or visits to Stakelogic offices.
