Technical Compliance Manager

Are you a meticulous and proactive compliance professional with a strong grasp of technical processes? In this pivotal role, you’ll ensure our cutting-edge iGaming products meet regulatory requirements across multiple markets, manage certifications and audits, and act as the main liaison with test labs.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate all activities related to technical recertifications, new technical certifications, and audits.
  • Estimate costs, develop, and meticulously monitor budgets for compliance processes.
  • Oversee and ensure adherence to all technical certification requirements for new and existing games.
  • Act as the primary point of contact and foster strong relationships with external test laboratories.
  • Plan and coordinate compliance activities for new game releases (slots and live casino) and market expansions.
  • Organise and maintain comprehensive documentation for all acquired certificates.
  • Collaborate with product and development teams to integrate compliance requirements into the development lifecycle.
  • Work closely with Slot and Live Casino product departments to embed compliance in product design and development.
  • Partner with the Legal team to align technical compliance with broader regulatory and contractual requirements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a compliance role, ideally within the iGaming industry.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a highly organised work approach.
  • Strong technical and product understanding with the ability to interpret complex specifications.
  • Proactive, hands-on attitude toward problem-solving and task execution.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective liaison with internal teams and external bodies.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with an iGaming B2B game supplier is a significant advantage.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.

Location

This is a full-time, office-based position in the Netherlands, Malta, or Serbia (not remote).
