Technical Support Specialist

The role of a Technical Support Specialist is to install, maintain, and regulate studio equipment to ensure 24/7 functionality. You will manage inventory, monitor performance, address technical issues, and support other departments. This position also involves performing additional tasks and covering for colleagues as needed.

Position Objectives

Install, clean, change, and regulate studio equipment.
Install visual equipment such as lighting and cameras.
Ensure preventive equipment maintenance.
Monitor equipment performance, make assessments, and decide on necessary actions.
Ensure equipment availability 24/7.
Report equipment-related issues.
Clean and maintain roulette wheels.
Conduct table inspections.
Transport cards/equipment from storage and back.
Organise equipment utilisation.
Monitor climate on gaming floors and in storage.
Monitor and track equipment stock levels.
Collaborate with other departments.
Perform other duties related to this position as assigned by the manager.
Cover colleagues during their vacations, sick leaves, and other absences.

What We Are Looking For

Good knowledge of the iGaming industry; familiarity with Live Casino environments is an asset.
Strong technical understanding and hands-on skills.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Excellent written and spoken English.
A “people-first” attitude and strong teamwork skills.
Effective communication, mediation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to take ownership and be result-oriented.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
A sound level of judgment and professional conduct.
Prior experience with lighting or video streaming technologies (including Chromakey) is an advantage.
