Technical Support Specialist
The role of a Technical Support Specialist is to install, maintain, and regulate studio equipment to ensure 24/7 functionality. You will manage inventory, monitor performance, address technical issues, and support other departments. This position also involves performing additional tasks and covering for colleagues as needed.
Position Objectives
- Install, clean, change, and regulate studio equipment.
- Install visual equipment such as lighting and cameras.
- Ensure preventive equipment maintenance.
- Monitor equipment performance, make assessments, and decide on necessary actions.
- Ensure equipment availability 24/7.
- Report equipment-related issues.
- Clean and maintain roulette wheels.
- Conduct table inspections.
- Transport cards/equipment from storage and back.
- Organise equipment utilisation.
- Monitor climate on gaming floors and in storage.
- Monitor and track equipment stock levels.
- Collaborate with other departments.
- Perform other duties related to this position as assigned by the manager.
- Cover colleagues during their vacations, sick leaves, and other absences.
What We Are Looking For
- Good knowledge of the iGaming industry; familiarity with Live Casino environments is an asset.
- Strong technical understanding and hands-on skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- A “people-first” attitude and strong teamwork skills.
- Effective communication, mediation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to take ownership and be result-oriented.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- A sound level of judgment and professional conduct.
- Prior experience with lighting or video streaming technologies (including Chromakey) is an advantage.
