Technical Support Specialist

The role of a Technical Support Specialist is to install, maintain, and regulate studio equipment to ensure 24/7 functionality. You will manage inventory, monitor performance, address technical issues, and support other departments. This position also involves performing additional tasks and covering for colleagues as needed.

Position Objectives

  • Install, clean, change, and regulate studio equipment.
  • Install visual equipment such as lighting and cameras.
  • Ensure preventive equipment maintenance.
  • Monitor equipment performance, make assessments, and decide on necessary actions.
  • Ensure equipment availability 24/7.
  • Report equipment-related issues.
  • Clean and maintain roulette wheels.
  • Conduct table inspections.
  • Transport cards/equipment from storage and back.
  • Organise equipment utilisation.
  • Monitor climate on gaming floors and in storage.
  • Monitor and track equipment stock levels.
  • Collaborate with other departments.
  • Perform other duties related to this position as assigned by the manager.
  • Cover colleagues during their vacations, sick leaves, and other absences.

What We Are Looking For

  • Good knowledge of the iGaming industry; familiarity with Live Casino environments is an asset.
  • Strong technical understanding and hands-on skills.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • A “people-first” attitude and strong teamwork skills.
  • Effective communication, mediation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to take ownership and be result-oriented.

  • Prior experience with lighting or video streaming technologies (including Chromakey) is an advantage.
