This voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable, for one-time use only, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
The voucher is valid until 31/08/2026 and may be used only once by presenting it at your appointment.
The dental services provided under this voucher are provided by and redeemable only at Regional Dental & Aesthetic Centre, Swieqi, Malta.
Advance booking with the clinic is required and appointments are subject to availability and to the clinic’s standard eligibility, consent, intake and clinical suitability assessment via: Admin@dentistmalta.com
The voucher cannot be used together with any other offer or discount.
Any additional treatment or service at the clinic beyond the standard-inclusive cleaning is not included and, if requested or clinically indicated, shall be at the recipient’s own cost.
Personal data collected in connection with the booking, appointment or treatment shall be processed by the clinic and not Stakelogic, Stakelogic does not process any information received for booking or appointment purposes and deletes such information immediately.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Stakelogic shall not be liable for the dental services provided, or for any outcome arising from the use of this voucher.
Use of this voucher is subject to the recipient’s employer policies and all applicable laws and regulations.
This voucher is personal to the recipient and shall be deemed to be void if altered, copied, damaged, expired, or redeemed by any person other than the intended recipient.
Lost, stolen or destroyed vouchers will not be replaced by Stakelogic.
Stakelogic reserves the right to withdraw, suspend or cancel this voucher in cases of misuse, fraud, or breach of these terms and conditions.
