Account Manager

The role of an Account Manager forms part of the Company’s commercial operations. The successful Account Manager must be someone who enjoys meeting people and clients alike, supporting our company’s products and helping the operators have a flawless experience with Stakelogic. The organised and detail-oriented account manager will be the link that bonds the company to the operators. Having a strong background in B2B relations is essential, as you will cultivate professional relationships with clients. Additionally, the Account Manager ensures that services and support meet both the Company’s and the industry’s standards, consistently adhering to company policies and protocols.

Position Objectives

  • Build strong relationships with valuable customers and provide superb service and tailored gaming experiences across all products.
  • Monitor individual customer performance and ensure that marketing commitments are being adhered to.
  • Ensure that individual customers are proactively targeted with the right actions at the right time in their lifecycle (e.g., new high-value customer, churning, lapsed, returning, big winners) to drive growth and activity among high net-worth customers.
  • Monitor market-level performance, understand emerging trends, and act accordingly.
  • Initiate campaigns to drive activity among high-net-worth customers, ensuring they are generated in a timely manner, monitored for results, and effectively reported.
  • Serve as the liaison between the company and its clients, ensuring adherence to company protocols.
  • Work closely with Sales and other departments, maintaining a constant focus on delivering the best possible customer experience.
  • Act as a knowledgeable and strong ambassador for the company.

What We Are Looking For

  • Excellent and extensive knowledge of the gaming industry, particularly in the commercial aspect.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a B2B role.
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with various internal departments and teams.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally.
  • Attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
  • Strong computer literacy.
  • Ability to take ownership and be result-oriented.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • A sound level of judgment and professional conduct.
