Head of Live Casino Studios

The Head of Live Casino Studios is responsible for overseeing the strategic and operational management of one or multiple live-casino studios. This role ensures a seamless, high-quality live-gaming experience by guiding studio operations, upholding production standards, and maintaining compliance. Acting as a key stakeholder in shaping the live-casino offering, the Head of Studios drives innovation, operational efficiency, and player engagement while fostering a culture of excellence across all teams. The position requires a blend of creative leadership and deep understanding of live-broadcast environments within the iGaming industry.

Position Objectives

  • Lead and manage the studio’s technical team, providing guidance, support, and task allocation.
  • Estimate project timelines and ensure delivery of studio requirements within defined schedules and budget.
  • Plan and coordinate team workload, ensuring efficient resource use and alignment with business priorities.
  • Manage studio procurement activities, including sourcing, ordering, and tracking of technical and consumable supplies.
  • Oversee maintenance, replacement, and inventory control of studio equipment.
  • Ensure timely replacement of studio consumables for uninterrupted operations.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with suppliers to guarantee availability and delivery of goods and services.
  • Manage and supervise studio engineering systems, including HVAC and electrical infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with studio designers, studio management, and product owners to align on design, functionality, and technical needs.
  • Oversee broadcasting hardware operations, including media servers, audio systems, and video broadcasting equipment.

What We Are Looking For

  • At least 3 years’ experience in Live-Casino or similar studio operations is an asset.
  • Proven leadership and team-management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Live Casino.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Self-driven attitude with the ability to work independently or within a team, with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
