Legal Counsel

In your role as Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for overseeing the legal aspects of Stakelogic’s operations. This includes providing accurate and timely legal advice to management on a variety of topics, expert guidance on commercial contract management, ensuring legal compliance, and mitigating legal risks.

Position Objectives

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of agreements including, but not limited to, commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, licensing agreements, etc.
  • Provide strategic legal advice to internal stakeholders on legal risks, regulatory matters, business terms, compliance, and alternative solutions.
  • Assist with corporate governance matters, including board meetings, minutes, and resolutions.
  • Ensure that corporate filings are up to date and in compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Conduct legal research and stay up to date with industry trends and regulations to ensure legal compliance.
  • Manage contract templates, develop best practices, and implement efficient processes for contract management.
